Description

Candid TV Suspension is a medicated topical liquid formulation designed for the treatment and prevention of fungal infections of the scalp and skin. It combines two powerful active ingredients:

• Clotrimazole (1% w/v): A broad-spectrum antifungal agent that works by inhibiting the growth of fungi responsible for skin and scalp infections, including dandruff-causing yeasts.

• Selenium Sulfide (2.5% w/v): An antifungal and keratolytic agent that helps control scaling, itching, and flaking of the scalp. It reduces excessive skin cell turnover and helps in restoring scalp health.

This dual-action suspension is especially effective for conditions such as seborrheic dermatitis, pityriasis versicolor (tinea versicolor), and stubborn dandruff. Its liquid form ensures easy application and uniform coverage on the scalp or affected skin.

• Treatment of seborrheic dermatitis (scaly patches, itching, and dandruff on the scalp)

• Management of pityriasis versicolor (tinea versicolor), a fungal infection causing discolored skin patches

• Relief from itching, scaling, and flaking caused by fungal overgrowth

• Helps restore healthy scalp and skin condition

Dosage & Directions for Use

• Shake the bottle well before use.

• Apply the suspension to the affected area (scalp or skin) and massage gently.

• Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.

• Use 2–3 times weekly for dandruff/seborrheic dermatitis or as directed by a dermatologist.

• For pityriasis versicolor, follow the dosage schedule advised by your doctor.
