How Cilacar T 80 Works
Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker. It relaxes the muscles of blood vessels, helping them widen and allowing blood to flow more easily.
Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). It blocks the action of angiotensin II, a substance that causes blood vessels to narrow.
Together, they help reduce blood pressure more effectively in patients who require combination treatment.
