Description

Clofranil 75mg Tablet SR contains Clomipramine, a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA). It is used for the treatment of depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorders, and certain phobias. The “SR” (sustained-release) formulation provides a controlled release of medicine, ensuring longer effect with fewer doses. It works by balancing neurotransmitters (serotonin and norepinephrine) in the brain, improving mood, reducing anxiety, and controlling unwanted repetitive behaviors.

Uses:
