CRITICOLD-ADVANCE Tablet is a combination medicine formulated for rapid and broad relief of symptoms associated with the common cold, allergy, and related respiratory infections.

Uses / Indications

• Common cold and flu symptoms: Relieves headache, body pain, fever, nasal and sinus congestion, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, watery eyes, and stuffiness.

• Allergic rhinitis: Reduces allergy-induced runny nose, sneezing, and congestion.

• Respiratory tract infections: Adjunct for discomfort, congestion, and inflammation with sinusitis, tonsillitis, and pharyngitis.

• Migraine or tension-type headache: Caffeine augments pain relief and reduces drowsiness from antihistamine.

How it Works / Key Benefits

• Aceclofenac: NSAID, relieves inflammation, body aches, and swelling.

• Paracetamol: Reduces pain, headache, malaise, mild fever.

• Cetirizine: Antihistamine, relieves allergy symptoms like nasal/eye itching, sneezing, runny nose.

• Phenylephrine: Decongestant; shrinks blood vessel swelling in nasal passages for easier breathing.

• Caffeine: Boosts alertness, counteracts drowsiness, and may enhance pain relief.

• The tablet acts quickly and can provide several hours of relief from multiple cold/allergy symptoms.

Dosage & Administration

• Take as prescribed—generally 1 tablet once/twice daily, swallowed whole with water, with or after food to reduce stomach upset.

• Do not exceed stated dose; avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.

• Do not use with other acetaminophen-containing products or additional NSAIDs/antihistamines.

Safety & Side Effects

• Common: Nausea, stomach upset, heartburn, headache, dizziness, sleepiness.

• Occasional: Diarrhea, insomnia, restlessness, skin rash, allergy; serious reactions are rare but seek immediate advice for severe allergic symptoms.

• Caution in pregnancy, breastfeeding, liver/kidney/heart disease, gastric ulcers, or with chronic medication—inform your doctor.
