DAILYGLIM M1 FORTE Tablet is a fixed-dose combination oral antidiabetic for adults with type 2 diabetes who need stronger dual therapy for optimal blood sugar control.

Uses / Indications

Type 2 diabetes mellitus: For persistent hyperglycemia in adults when diet, exercise, or lower-strength medicines are insufficient.
Prevents diabetes complications: Regular use helps protect against kidney, eye, nerve, heart, and vascular damage caused by poorly controlled diabetes.

How it Works / Key Benefits

Glimepiride: Stimulates pancreatic insulin release, improves glucose uptake, and lowers postprandial blood sugar.
Metformin (PR): Reduces liver glucose production, delays intestinal glucose absorption, increases peripheral insulin sensitivity; prolonged release ensures steady effect with reduced GI side effects.
The bilayered tablet provides synergistic glucose control, lowering HbA1c more effectively than either agent alone.

Dosage & Administration

Safety & Side Effects
