Description

DAILYGLIM PM 2 Tablet is a triple-combination oral antidiabetic therapy for adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus needing more robust blood sugar management, typically after inadequate control with single or dual agents.

Uses / Indications

• Type 2 diabetes mellitus: For persistent high blood sugar in adults; reduces diabetes complications such as nerve, kidney, eye, heart, and vascular disease when taken as part of a comprehensive plan with diet and exercise.

• Used when monotherapy or dual therapy is not enough for glycemic targets.

How it Works / Key Benefits

• Glimepiride: Increases insulin secretion from the pancreas.

• Pioglitazone: Makes body cells more sensitive to insulin—improves glucose utilization in muscle and fat.

• Metformin (ER): Lowers liver glucose production, delays intestinal glucose absorption, and increases insulin sensitivity with reduced risk of GI upset due to extended release.

Dosage & Administration
