Description
Damita 5mg Tablet contains Dapagliflozin, an SGLT2 (sodium-glucose co-transporter-2) inhibitor. It lowers blood sugar levels by blocking glucose reabsorption in the kidneys, leading to its excretion in urine. The 5mg strength is often prescribed as a starting dose, in patients with mild to moderate kidney issues, or when used in combination therapy.

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (alone or with other antidiabetic medicines like metformin, sulfonylureas, or insulin)

Reducing risk of hospitalization in patients with heart failure (reduced ejection fraction)

How to Use:
