Description

Derek D Capsule SR is a combination medicine used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acidity, heartburn, and gastric ulcers. It combines:

• Domperidone (30mg): A prokinetic agent that increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, helping food pass quickly. It also prevents nausea and vomiting by blocking dopamine receptors in the brain.

• Rabeprazole (20mg): A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces excess stomach acid by blocking proton pumps, providing relief from heartburn, acid reflux, and stomach irritation.

This dual action provides fast relief from acidity, protects the stomach lining, and prevents nausea.

• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

• Acidity, heartburn, and sour stomach
