Donamem Forte Tablet

Description

Donamem Forte Tablet is a combination medicine containing Donepezil (10mg) and Memantine (10mg). It is primarily prescribed for the management of moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease.

• Donepezil is a cholinesterase inhibitor that increases acetylcholine levels in the brain, improving memory, attention, and cognitive function.

• Memantine regulates glutamate activity, preventing overstimulation of nerve cells and reducing cognitive decline.

Uses:

• Management of moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease

• Improvement in memory, cognition, and daily functioning

• Slowing progression of dementia symptoms in neurodegenerative disorders

Dosage:

• Take as prescribed by your doctor.

• Usually once daily, with or without food.

• Swallow whole; do not crush or chew.

• Regular medical monitoring is recommended to track effectiveness and side effects.

Side Effects:

• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea

• Dizziness, headache, fatigue

• Confusion, agitation
