DUOlin LD Respules

Description

DUOlin LD Respules are a combination bronchodilator solution used in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and chronic bronchitis. They help ease breathing problems such as wheezing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and persistent coughing by relaxing and opening the airways.

Each Respule contains:

• Levosalbutamol (0.63mg): A fast-acting bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles and improves airflow to the lungs.

• Ipratropium (500mcg): An anticholinergic agent that prevents airway constriction and reduces mucus production for smoother breathing.

This combination delivers dual-action relief — Levosalbutamol acts quickly for immediate breathing relief, while Ipratropium provides sustained control by keeping airways open longer. The Respules are designed for nebulizer use, ensuring effective delivery of the medicine directly into the lungs.

Usage & Directions:

• Use only with a nebulizer device as directed by your doctor.

• Open the single-dose Respule and pour the solution into the nebulizer chamber.

• Inhale the mist slowly and deeply until the solution is finished.

• Do not swallow or inject the solution.

• Discard any unused portion after each use.

Storage:
Store below 25°C, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Precautions:

• Not intended for emergency treatment of acute asthma attacks.

• Inform your doctor if you have heart disease, thyroid issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, or glaucoma.

• Use cautiously in pregnant and breastfeeding women under medical supervision.
