Description
Duphalac Oral Solution Lemon is a laxative syrup containing Lactulose, a synthetic sugar. It is commonly used for the treatment of constipation and hepatic encephalopathy (a liver condition that causes confusion due to buildup of toxins). Lactulose works by drawing water into the bowel, softening stools, and making bowel movements easier. It also reduces absorption of toxins like ammonia, thereby protecting brain function in patients with liver disease.
The lemon flavor makes it more palatable and easy to consume.

How It Works
