Description

Eptus 25 Tablet contains Eplerenone (25mg), a potassium-sparing diuretic that works as a selective aldosterone receptor antagonist. It helps the body get rid of excess salt and water while retaining potassium, making it effective in managing high blood pressure, heart failure, and post–heart attack complications.

By blocking the effects of aldosterone (a hormone that increases salt and water retention), Eptus helps reduce fluid overload, lower blood pressure, and prevent heart strain.
