Description

Uses:
Gabapin 100 Tablet is used for the treatment of:

• Neuropathic pain (nerve pain due to diabetes, shingles, or spinal cord injury)

• Epilepsy (used as an add-on medicine to control partial seizures)

• Postherpetic neuralgia (pain that occurs after shingles)

Dosage:

• The dose depends on the patient’s condition and response to treatment.

• Usually started with a low dose (100mg once or twice daily) and gradually increased by the doctor.

• Always take it at the same time each day for best results.

How to Use:

• Take the tablet orally with water, with or without food.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• Do not stop suddenly without consulting your doctor, as it may cause withdrawal symptoms or worsen seizures.

Precautions:

• Use with caution if you have kidney problems, depression, or a history of drug/alcohol abuse.

• Avoid driving or operating machinery as it may cause dizziness or drowsiness.

• Avoid alcohol, as it can increase sleepiness and dizziness.
