Uses:
Gabapin 400 Capsule is used to manage and treat:

Neuropathic pain (nerve pain caused by diabetes, shingles, or spinal cord injury)

Epilepsy (used as an add-on medicine for partial seizures)

Postherpetic neuralgia (pain following shingles infection)

Peripheral neuropathy (nerve pain, burning, or tingling in limbs)
Dosage:

Usual starting dose is 300mg to 400mg daily, which may be gradually increased based on your doctor’s advice.

The dose and frequency depend on the patient’s age, condition, and kidney function.

Always take it at the same time each day to maintain consistent levels in the body.

Do not stop or skip doses without consulting your doctor.
How to Use:

Take the capsule orally with a glass of water, with or without food.

Swallow it whole — do not crush, chew, or break.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it’s close to the next dose.
Precautions:

Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems, mental health conditions, or a history of alcohol or drug dependence.

Avoid alcohol, as it can increase dizziness and drowsiness.
