Glemont-A Tablet SR is a combination medication formulated to manage respiratory conditions like asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

• Acebrophylline (200mg): A bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles of the airways, making breathing easier. It also has mucolytic properties, helping to clear mucus from the lungs.

• Montelukast (10mg): A leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces airway inflammation and prevents asthma attacks or allergic reactions.

This combination provides both symptomatic relief from bronchoconstriction and long-term protection against airway inflammation, improving overall lung function and reducing the frequency of asthma episodes.
