Description

Mechanism of Action
Ilaprazole is a potent PPI. It selectively and irreversibly blocks the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme (proton pump) in stomach parietal cells, dramatically reducing acid secretion, supporting mucosal healing, and relieving symptoms of acid-related disorders.
Dosage & Administration

Usually one 10 mg tablet daily, taken one hour before meals, preferably in the morning.

Swallow whole, do not chew, crush, or break.

Nausea, headache, flatulence, diarrhea, abdominal pain, dizziness.
