Inderal 20 Tablet

Description

Inderal 20 Tablet contains Propranolol, a non-selective beta-blocker. It reduces the workload on the heart, controls heart rhythm, and lowers blood pressure. It is prescribed for hypertension, angina, arrhythmias, migraine prevention, anxiety, and hyperthyroidism-related symptoms.

Uses

• High blood pressure (hypertension)

• Angina pectoris (chest pain due to poor blood supply to the heart)

• Arrhythmias (irregular heartbeat)

• Migraine prevention

• Anxiety and stage fright (performance anxiety)

• Symptomatic relief in hyperthyroidism (palpitations, tremors, rapid heart rate)

How It Works

Propranolol works by blocking beta-adrenergic receptors, which leads to:

Side Effects

• Fatigue, dizziness

Precautions

• Not recommended for patients with asthma, severe heart failure, or heart block
