Inderal F 10 Tablet SR is a combination medicine containing Propranolol (a beta-blocker) and Flunarizine (a calcium channel blocker). This combination is primarily used for the prevention of migraines and to manage related neurological and cardiovascular symptoms. It helps reduce the frequency, severity, and duration of migraine attacks while also controlling palpitations and stress-related heart symptoms.

How It Works
