About LipiCARD Capsule

LipiCARD Capsule is a lipid-lowering medication used to reduce high cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood.
It helps prevent complications such as heart attack, stroke, and pancreatitis caused by high lipid levels.
The active ingredient, Fenofibrate (200mg), belongs to a class of drugs called fibrates that target elevated triglycerides and improve overall cholesterol balance.

How It Works

Fenofibrate activates a natural enzyme called lipoprotein lipase, which helps break down triglycerides (fats) in the blood.
This leads to:

  • Lower triglyceride levels

  • Reduced LDL (bad cholesterol)

  • Increased HDL (good cholesterol)

By improving lipid metabolism, LipiCARD Capsule helps protect the heart and blood vessels from damage caused by fatty buildup (atherosclerosis).

Uses

  • Treatment of hypertriglyceridemia (high triglycerides)

  • Management of mixed dyslipidemia (high cholesterol and triglycerides)

  • Prevention of heart attack and stroke due to lipid imbalance

  • Used when diet and lifestyle changes alone are insufficient

Directions for Use

  • Take one capsule daily with food or after meals, or as prescribed by your doctor.

  • Swallow the capsule whole with water.

  • Continue following a low-fat diet and regular exercise routine.

Side Effects

  • Nausea or stomach discomfort

  • Headache

  • Muscle pain or weakness
