Nexovas O Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains Olmesartan Medoxomil (an angiotensin receptor blocker – ARB) and Cilnidipine (a calcium channel blocker – CCB). Together, these medicines work by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow, which lowers blood pressure and reduces the strain on the heart. This helps to lower the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to your next scheduled dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose.
