Description

Prolomet AM 50 Tablet PR is a fixed-dose combination of Amlodipine (5mg), a calcium channel blocker, and Metoprolol Succinate (50mg), a beta-blocker. It is prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and angina (chest pain). This dual-action medicine helps relax blood vessels and control heart rate, thereby improving blood flow, reducing strain on the heart, and lowering the risk of cardiovascular complications such as heart attack and stroke.

Uses:

• Management of high blood pressure (hypertension)

• Treatment and prevention of angina (chest pain)

• Reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke

• Helps in controlling heart rate in certain heart conditions

How to Use:
Take the tablet as directed by your doctor, usually once daily. Swallow whole with water, without crushing or chewing.

Dosage:

Precautions:
