Roseday-F 20 Tablet combines Fenofibrate and Rosuvastatin to provide comprehensive management of dyslipidemia. Fenofibrate lowers triglycerides and increases HDL cholesterol, while the higher dose of Rosuvastatin (20mg) more effectively reduces LDL cholesterol and stabilizes arterial plaques.
