About Roseday-F 20 Tablet:
Roseday-F 20 Tablet combines Fenofibrate and Rosuvastatin to provide comprehensive management of dyslipidemia. Fenofibrate lowers triglycerides and increases HDL cholesterol, while the higher dose of Rosuvastatin (20mg) more effectively reduces LDL cholesterol and stabilizes arterial plaques. This combination is ideal for patients with mixed dyslipidemia or high cardiovascular risk requiring stronger lipid control.

How It Works:

  • Fenofibrate (160mg): Activates PPAR-alpha receptors, enhancing lipid metabolism, lowering triglycerides, and raising HDL cholesterol.

  • Rosuvastatin (20mg): Inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, decreasing LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol, and slightly increasing HDL cholesterol.

  • Together, they provide dual-action lipid control to reduce cardiovascular complications.

Uses:

  • Management of high LDL cholesterol and triglycerides

  • Treatment of mixed dyslipidemia

  • Reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, and atherosclerosis

  • Suitable for patients requiring enhanced combination therapy for lipid control

Directions for Use:

  • Take once daily or as prescribed by your doctor.

  • Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with food for better absorption.

  • Maintain a healthy diet, regular exercise, and lifestyle modifications for optimal lipid management.

Side Effects:
Common side effects may include:

  • Gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea)

  • Mild headache or dizziness

  • Muscle pain or weakness (myalgia)

Seek medical attention if you experience severe muscle pain, dark urine, yellowing of skin/eyes, or signs of liver or kidney problems.

Precautions:

  • Avoid in patients with severe liver or kidney disease, gallbladder disorders, or unexplained persistent elevation of liver enzymes

  • Regular monitoring of liver function, kidney function, and lipid profile is recommended

  • Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed

  • Inform your doctor about other medications to prevent drug interactions
