Scabest 5% Lotion is a medicated topical lotion containing Permethrin 5%, used for the treatment of scabies and lice infestations. Permethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that works by paralyzing and killing the mites or lice responsible for these infestations. It effectively relieves itching, redness, and discomfort associated with scabies and pediculosis.

Uses

• Treatment of scabies caused by Sarcoptes scabiei

• Effective against head lice and other ectoparasitic infestations

• Reduces itching, redness, and skin irritation

• Prevents spread of infestation to other individuals

How to Use

• Clean and dry the affected area before application

• Apply a thin layer of Scabest 5% Lotion to the entire affected area and surrounding skin

• Leave it on for 8–14 hours or as directed by your doctor

• Wash off thoroughly with water after the recommended duration

• Repeat application after 7 days if recommended by a physician

Dosage

• Adults and children (above 2 months): Apply once, may repeat after 7 days if needed

• Follow doctor’s instructions carefully for infants and sensitive areas
