Suganril Tablet

Description

Suganril Tablet contains Piroxicam (20mg), a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) from the oxicam class. It works by reducing pain, swelling, stiffness, and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal and joint disorders. Piroxicam acts by blocking prostaglandins, chemicals responsible for causing pain and inflammation.

This medicine is mainly prescribed for arthritis-related conditions and other painful inflammatory disorders.

Uses

• Rheumatoid arthritis (joint pain, stiffness, swelling)

• Osteoarthritis (degenerative joint disease)

• Ankylosing spondylitis (chronic spine and joint inflammation)

• Musculoskeletal pain (back pain, sprains, strains)

• Relief in acute gout attacks

• Short-term management of pain and inflammation after surgery or injury

How to Use

• Take with food or milk to reduce stomach irritation.

• Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.

• Follow the dosage prescribed by the doctor—usually once daily due to its long duration of action.
