Description
Supermet XL 50 Tablet is a cardioselective beta-blocker used for the management of high blood pressure, angina (chest pain), irregular heartbeat, heart failure, and for improving survival after a heart attack.
It contains Metoprolol Succinate (47.5mg) in an extended-release (XL) formulation, which allows the medicine to work throughout the day with a single dose, ensuring steady heart rate and blood pressure control.

How to Use
