Description

Telpres H 40 Tablet is a fixed-dose combination medicine used for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains:

• Telmisartan (40mg): An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes and widens blood vessels, lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg): A thiazide diuretic (water pill) that helps the body remove excess salt and water through urine, thereby reducing blood pressure and preventing fluid buildup.

This combination helps in achieving better blood pressure control when a single medicine is not sufficient.

• Treatment of essential hypertension
