Description

TelSite H 40mg Tablet is a prescription medicine manufactured by Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. It contains a combination of Telmisartan (40mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), and Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg), a thiazide diuretic. This combination helps manage high blood pressure more effectively than either drug alone by relaxing blood vessels and reducing excess fluid in the body.

It is commonly prescribed for adults whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with monotherapy. By lowering blood pressure, this medicine helps reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney complications.
