Description

Telvas 3D Tablet is a triple-combination antihypertensive used for managing high blood pressure.

• Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels as an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB).

• Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that helps reduce vascular resistance.

• Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that helps remove excess salt and water from the body.
  Together, these components provide enhanced blood pressure control in patients not adequately managed by monotherapy or dual therapy.

Uses / Indications:

• Management of hypertension (high blood pressure)

• Reduction of cardiovascular risk in patients with uncontrolled blood pressure

• Suitable for patients requiring triple therapy

Dosage:

• Usually once daily, with or without food

Side Effects:

• Dizziness or lightheadedness
