Uses:
Unwanted 21 Days Tablet is a combined oral contraceptive pill (COCP) used for:

Preventing unwanted pregnancy when taken regularly

Helping regulate menstrual cycles

Reducing menstrual cramps and flow
-
Sometimes prescribed to manage hormonal acne and PCOS-related issues
How It Works:

Contains Ethinyl Estradiol (estrogen) and Levonorgestrel (progestin).
-
Prevents ovulation (release of eggs from the ovary).
-
Thickens cervical mucus, making it harder for sperm to reach the egg.
-
Alters the uterine lining to reduce the chance of implantation.
Dosage & Administration:
-
One tablet is taken daily at the same time for 21 days, followed by a 7-day break (during which withdrawal bleeding occurs, similar to a period).
-
A new pack is started after the 7-day break.
-
For maximum effectiveness, do not miss doses.
Side Effects:
Common:

Nausea, headache

Breast tenderness

Mild weight changes

Mood swings or irritability

Irregular spotting
Rare but serious:

Risk of blood clots, stroke, or heart attack (higher in smokers and women above 35 years)

Severe abdominal pain, chest pain, vision or speech changes (seek immediate medical help)
Precautions & Warnings:

Not suitable for women with a history of blood clots, uncontrolled hypertension, liver disease, breast cancer, or heart disease.

Smoking should be avoided, especially in women above 35 years.

Does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs) — condoms are still recommended for protection.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember; if more than one tablet is missed, consult the instructions or a doctor.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use this pill.
