Description
Voglimac GM 1 HD Tablet SR is used for type 2 diabetes mellitus. This combination medicine contains:

Glimepiride (1mg): Stimulates insulin secretion from the pancreas.

Metformin (500mg): Reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.

Voglibose (0.3mg): Slows absorption of carbohydrates from the intestines, controlling post-meal blood sugar spikes.
It is prescribed when diet and exercise alone are insufficient to maintain blood sugar levels. Voglimac GM 1 HD can be used alone or with other antidiabetic therapies under medical guidance.
Dosage & Administration:

Typically one sustained-release tablet once daily, as advised by a doctor.

Take with meals to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.

Swallow the tablet whole, do not crush or chew.

Dose adjustment may be required in patients with kidney or liver issues.
