BISOTRIL-2.5 Tablet contains bisoprolol, a highly selective beta-1 adrenergic blocker (beta-blocker) used primarily for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension), chronic stable heart failure, angina (chest pain), and to help prevent future heart attacks, stroke, or certain arrhythmias.

Dosage & Administration

Do not stop abruptly—dosage should be reduced gradually to avoid rebound symptoms.
Common Side Effects

Dizziness, fatigue, slow heart rate, headache, cold hands/feet, constipation/diarrhea, mild nausea.

Serious (rare): worsening heart failure, very slow pulse, shortness of breath, severe dizziness—contact your doctor immediately if these occur.

Not for use in severe bradycardia, acute heart failure, severe asthma, certain heart conduction disorders, or shock.
