How Bladease 25 ER Works
Mirabegron relaxes the bladder’s detrusor muscle, allowing the bladder to store urine more effectively.
Solifenacin reduces involuntary bladder contractions by blocking muscarinic receptors in the bladder.
Together, they help control overactive bladder symptoms.
Dosage & How to Use
Take Bladease 25 ER Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
- Swallow the tablet whole with water.
- Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
- It may be taken with or without food.
- Take it at the same time each day.
- Do not change the dose without consulting your doctor.
Side Effects
Common side effects may include:
- Dry mouth
- Constipation
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Blurred vision
- Increased blood pressure
- Urinary tract infection
Contact your doctor if you develop difficulty passing urine, severe constipation, facial swelling, breathing difficulty, or other severe symptoms.
Precautions
Tell your doctor if you have:
- High blood pressure
- Difficulty emptying your bladder
- Urinary retention
- Glaucoma
- Kidney disease
- Liver disease
- Severe constipation
- Heart rhythm problems
Mirabegron may increase blood pressure, so regular monitoring may be required in some patients.

- Medicines metabolized through CYP2D6
