How Bladease 50 ER Works

Mirabegron is a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist that relaxes the bladder’s detrusor muscle, allowing the bladder to store more urine.

Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic medicine that reduces involuntary bladder contractions.

The combination provides complementary action to improve symptoms of overactive bladder.

Dosage & How to Use

Take Bladease 50 ER Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break the extended-release tablet.
• It may be taken with or without food.
• Take it at approximately the same time each day.
• Do not change the dose without medical advice.

Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

• Dry mouth
• Constipation
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Blurred vision
• Increased blood pressure
• Urinary tract infection

Seek medical attention if you experience difficulty passing urine, severe abdominal pain, facial swelling, breathing difficulty, or severe allergic symptoms.

Precautions

Inform your doctor if you have:

• High blood pressure
• Urinary retention or difficulty emptying the bladder
• Glaucoma, particularly narrow-angle glaucoma
