Cinadil 75mg Tablet SR is a sustained-release formulation containing Cinnarizine, an antihistamine and calcium channel blocker. It is primarily used to treat motion sickness, vertigo, and balance disorders. Cinnarizine works by reducing the activity of the vestibular system in the inner ear and improving blood flow to the brain, thereby relieving dizziness, nausea, and vomiting.
