Description

Macbery Syrup Strawberry Sugar Free is a multi-action cough syrup that provides relief from cough, cold, nasal congestion, and throat irritation. The sugar-free formulation makes it suitable for diabetic patients and those who need to avoid sugar. Its strawberry flavour improves taste and acceptability.

  • Ambroxol: A mucolytic that loosens thick mucus, making it easier to cough out.

  • Dextromethorphan: A cough suppressant that acts on the brain to reduce dry cough.

  • Phenylephrine: A nasal decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nose, reducing congestion.

  • Chlorpheniramine: An antihistamine that reduces runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes caused by allergies.

  • Menthol: Provides a soothing, cooling effect on the throat.

This combination makes it useful for both dry and wet cough, along with symptoms of cold and allergies.
