Mesacol 800 Tablet DR is used for the treatment and maintenance of remission in inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. Mesalazine works by reducing inflammation in the intestinal lining, relieving symptoms like abdominal pain, diarrhea, and rectal bleeding.
Dosage:
The dosage is prescribed by a doctor depending on the severity of the condition. Typically, one tablet 1–2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
How to Use:

Take orally with water, preferably after meals.

Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew, as it is a delayed-release (DR) formulation.

Take at the same time each day for consistent therapeutic effect.
Precautions:

Inform your doctor if you have kidney, liver, or heart problems.

Avoid using if allergic to Mesalazine or related medications.
