Olmezest 20 Tablet is a prescription medicine used for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains Olmesartan Medoxomil (20mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, lowers blood pressure, and improves blood flow, reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.
