Description
Ondamac 4mg Tablet MD contains Ondansetron (4mg), a selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgery.
Ondansetron works by blocking serotonin receptors in the gastrointestinal tract and central nervous system, reducing the vomiting reflex.
Common Uses:

Prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting

Prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting

Prevention of nausea and vomiting due to radiotherapy
Key Information:

Usually taken orally, 30 minutes before chemotherapy or as prescribed.
