Description

Prothiaden 50 Tablet contains Dosulepin, a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) used in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders. Indications / Uses:
Prothiaden 50 Tablet is prescribed for:

How It Works:
Dosulepin works by blocking the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain, thereby increasing their availability. These chemicals are important for regulating mood, emotions, and mental balance.

Dosage & Administration:

Usually taken once daily at bedtime or as directed by the doctor.
Can be taken with or without food.
The dosage is individualized based on the patient’s condition and response to treatment.
