Description
Ranogard Tablet ER (Extended Release) contains Ranolazine, a medication used primarily for the treatment of chronic angina (chest pain due to reduced blood flow to the heart). Ranolazine works by improving blood flow to help the heart work more efficiently without significantly affecting heart rate or blood pressure. The extended-release formulation allows for sustained therapeutic effects over a longer period, reducing the frequency of dosing.
Uses / Indications:

Management of chronic stable angina

Reducing the frequency of angina attacks

Adjunct therapy in patients whose angina is not adequately controlled by conventional anti-anginal drugs
Dosage & Administration:

Take exactly as prescribed by the doctor.

Usually taken orally with or without food, but it is recommended to take at the same times each day.

Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush, chew, or split the extended-release tablet.

Dosage adjustments may be needed in patients with liver or kidney impairment.
Possible Side Effects:

Dizziness, headache, or fatigue
