Description

Telpres-AMH Tablet is a triple combination medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It combines three active ingredients that work in different ways to provide effective blood pressure control:

• Telmisartan (40mg): An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels by blocking the effects of angiotensin II, a chemical that causes narrowing of blood vessels.

• Amlodipine (5mg): A calcium channel blocker (CCB) that helps relax the heart muscles and blood vessels, improving blood flow.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg): A thiazide diuretic (water pill) that helps remove excess salt and water from the body, reducing blood pressure and preventing fluid retention.

Together, these ingredients effectively lower blood pressure, reduce strain on the heart, and minimize the risk of stroke, heart attack, kidney damage, and other cardiovascular complications.
