Helps control high blood sugar in patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Triple-action control:

Metformin (1000mg): lowers liver glucose production & improves insulin sensitivity

Pioglitazone (15mg): increases insulin sensitivity in muscle and fat tissues

Teneligliptin (20mg): boosts insulin release after meals & reduces sugar levels

Helps prevent long-term complications: kidney damage, nerve damage, eye disease, and heart problems

For patients who are not well-controlled on dual therapy
Dosage:

Typically 1 tablet once daily, or as prescribed

Dose may be adjusted based on sugar levels

Do not take more than the prescribed amount

Regular sugar and HbA1c monitoring is important
How to Use:

Swallow whole with water

Take with food to reduce stomach irritation (important due to metformin)

Avoid crushing or chewing

Maintain diet control, regular exercise, and weight monitoring
Precautions:

Not for Type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis

Inform doctor if you have kidney, liver, or heart disease

Pioglitazone may cause fluid retention → avoid if you have heart failure

Avoid alcohol (increases risk of lactic acidosis with metformin)

Watch for swelling of legs, sudden weight increase, or breathing difficulty

Not recommended for patients with bladder cancer
