Thiospas-A 4 Tablet is a muscle relaxant and pain-relieving medicine that combines two active ingredients:

Aceclofenac (100mg): A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain, swelling, and inflammation by blocking the release of chemical messengers (prostaglandins).

Thiocolchicoside (4mg): A muscle relaxant that acts on the central nervous system to relieve painful muscle spasms and stiffness.
This combination is especially effective in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, muscle spasms, and joint-related disorders.
