Description
Voglimac GM 1 Tablet SR is used for type 2 diabetes mellitus. This combination medicine contains:

Glimepiride (1mg): Stimulates insulin secretion from the pancreas.

Metformin (500mg): Reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.

Voglibose (0.2mg): Slows carbohydrate absorption in the intestines, helping control post-meal blood sugar spikes.
It is prescribed when diet and exercise alone are insufficient to manage blood sugar levels. Voglimac GM can be used alone or with other antidiabetic therapies under medical guidance.
Dosage & Administration:

Typically one sustained-release tablet once daily, as advised by a doctor.

Take with meals to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.
