Description
Voglimac GM 2 Tablet SR is used for type 2 diabetes mellitus. This combination medicine contains:

Glimepiride (2mg): Stimulates insulin secretion from the pancreas.

Metformin (500mg): Reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.

Voglibose (0.2mg): Slows carbohydrate absorption in the intestines, helping control post-meal blood sugar spikes.
It is prescribed when diet and exercise alone are insufficient to manage blood sugar levels. Voglimac GM 2 can be used alone or with other antidiabetic medicines under medical guidance.
Dosage & Administration:

Typically one sustained-release tablet once daily, as advised by a doctor.

Take with meals to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.

Swallow the tablet whole, do not crush or chew.
